Welcome to what this site might have looked like in 1998! I like to imagine that this would have belonged in some GeoCities neighborhood, Tripod, or maybe even Angelfire. There are two things that are really remarkable about this to me: 1) I still remember a lot of old-school HTML3.2 and 4 from high school and 2) most it is completely unsupported in HTML5. We have definitely come a long way. I remember when cascading style sheets were a brand-new option, javascript was mostly for making fancy mouseover effects or stupid pop-ups (some things don't change, I guess), and dynamic content was a cookie-laden myth.
